What are these shoes?

Hello,

I was watching a dance choreography video and really liked the main dancer's shoes but I also couldn't find much information about them. Merely searching "brown shoes with white soles" does not turn up results that are specific enough. 

Can anyone help me out?

Main dancer being the guy who walks down the stairs in the very beginning of the video (Lyle Beniga).
