If MCU was really handcuffing him with characters to use here, would like to think he has a more freedom with X-Men.
But there were lots of rumors going around that Feige and company was withholding characters they wanted to use because they supposedly had bigger plans for them in the live action MCU. This was also dating back to season 1 and 2. It’s been an ongoing thing. That’s going to play a big part in that. X-men ‘97 shouldn’t have that restraint based off of season 1.Don’t think access to characters should be a problem or legit excuse.. like too much of the main MCU and Disney+, it’s what they did with the characters
Hell access to characters didn’t stop the MCU from becoming the monster it became
Norman always had waves in the comics so this checks out tbh
Well that person is no longer there so I don’t know what to tell you. But we also can’t say studio interference isn’t an actual thing though. That’s literally what had been happening at DC pre Gunn.
Funny thing is they were Marvel comics fans and did it in that style. No idea why Marvel can't do solid animation regularly.Marvel animation never really been great. DC still holds that crown.
I looked at the eps for all 3 seasons and none interested me. Not a fan of the animation style either. This What If... season ain't it
