Someone correct me if I'm wrong as it's been a while since I read the CW comics:
- It seems like Tony tried to force Cap to agree to the Registration Act
- Tony wants all superhumans to be registered and work for the gov't -- what if some of them don't want to work for the gov't?
- I agree that in the movie realm, the Sokavia and NYC incidents were cause to at least put some reins on them
- So in sum, this is basically a case of protecting us from ourselves and being accountable for one's actions?
Also, this all would've been resolved if both sides just sat down and walked through the plan in detail.
