Rumor is that part 1 will feature the new team, and part II will see everyone reunite forming one big Avengers squad, along with errbody else who gon be in the film.

I guess they're going to go the whole superheroes are causing all sorts of damage and they need to be held liable route when Civil War pops up and stuff. But yeah, it needs to be addressed soon.
