WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - Agatha All Along new ep every Wednesday

The question is who's playing Spidey.

That and who is playing Captain Marvel are my two burning questions.

Also i'm slightly curious about this "minor character with an emotionally satisfying reveal" that's supposed to make an appearance in AoU

Low key excited for this and I have no idea about the origins or back story of Ant-Man :lol :{

Any good comics or books or anything?

I'm as clueless as you.

I just don't see how this could be a flop. I bet the whole special effects of him being ant size is what's gonna be epic.

The fact that it's closing Phase II is what has me excited. Along with some of the rumors.

"Spiderman we knew about when we were making that announcement in October"

Oh.

Why they making Spidey so young?

Was thrilled to see Spiderman back, but him being in HS... Is this going to be based off the Ultimate Spidey?

I don't get the obsession with high school age spiderman in movies either. It's so repetitive now.

I'd prefer 19 year old "not in high school but still young" spiderman, not 15 and a half year old spidey.

a highschool spidey would honestly provide more to the story. A superhero squad dealing w/ a superhero who's coming into age would not only provide an interesting story but also a conflict. And this conflict would fit perfectly to the whole civil war, because again this is a kid who has tremendous amount of power but he doesn't know that yet but his peers (the Avengers) do. Now it's their responsibilty to craft this highschool superhero into a productive protector to society rather than a vigilante.

And that's what Feige was explaining within the article, the past renditions of the spider man story rushed the whole kid-into-a-man story when we didn't get to much damage he can do as a kid. The love story was nice, but that took away from what we can actually see on screen. So this will be an interesting approach because we'll get a broader view of spidey as a superhero than a boy struggling with two personas

So we pray to the Marvel Gods to take control, then when they do we question their direction?

I agree with high school spidey being dumb. Luckily Spidey has one of the richest backstories in their entire lineup so hopefully they differentiate themselves from the last 5 movies. If they can make

Like Daredevil, nice.

Not quite like DD. There was no Daredevil running around in the MCU. He just had his powers but wasnt DD.

Spidey will be Spidey by the time we meet him.

Yah. Reasonable. Seems rushed.

I dont believe for a second that the "We knew about spidey back in October" is anything but damage control.

If they REALLY knew about spidey why did they have to shift all the dates? The date would've already been booked. Now they got BP all ****** up :{

True. Marvel took a movie about a talking tree and raccoon and turned it into a hit tv show

Took a character that was dead in the water (daredevil) and rebooted it into a hit tv show

I have full trust in Marvel at this point.
