You won't get much of an argument from me about that but with that in mind lets not start scrapping the bottom of the barrel with Miles.Miles Teller would be a huge step down from Andrew Garfield.
garfield was a huge step down from Tobey.
I doubt it'll happen but the best idea I've heard so far is Jake as an older Spidey. Doesn't matter that he's in his 30s. He can pull off a Peter Parker in his mid to late 20s.
The way I've seen it is Garfield captured Spidey and Maguire captured Peter.Yes he would.Miles Teller would be a huge step down from Andrew Garfield.
Garfield's Spider-Man captured Peter Parker's personality (sacrastic, whitty, etc.) Maguire captured how Peter Parker looked in the OG comic book. But liked them both. Hopefully one of the Infinity Stones enables Spider-Man earth to join MCU earth, which would allow Spidey to join the mix.
The whole thing with Garfield and the writing for his 2 movies is that they seemed to miss that Peter Parker and Spider-Man was sort of the Clark Kent and Superman contrast. Pete's the shy reserved introverted type while Spidey is the extroverted wise cracking laugh at yourself type.
This is so false on so many levels. It's Benedict. He does no wrong. He's close to surpassing Leo.
Love me some Cumberbatch but yall dudes are setting him up for major fail. Straight up blowing hot smoke up his ***.
At the very least I hope I don't end up having to put Benedict Cumberbatch stans on my **** list too.
I'm here!
Well well, what do we have here. Of course, the inevitable. Marvel playing their trump card close to their chest with their biggest superhero appearing in their finale.
My "I told you so's" are still baking in the oven so I won't pull them out yet but I'm rather curious as to if marvel really has the balls to kill off Steve Rodgers. Granted if they're following source material than cap should die due to the civil war aftermath but why the **** can't spiderman be included in civil war?? I mean how are you really telling that story without him...unless Marvel has more tricks up their sleeve, which I think they do as it pertains to spiderman. If Sony is still doing ASM 3 in 2018 then we'll have Garfield as spiderman in infinity wars. If not, then by the time we do see spiderman it would've been 4 years without him on the big screen. Neither studio would let that happen especially when merchandising rights are bringing in HUGE money. Sony and Marvel are up to something epic and I personally think it'll come to fruition in Civil War, Garfield and all.
But let's take a break from spiderman for a second...Latino Review has reinvigorated the rumor of hulk being shot into outer space. Marvel doing civil war is something they know won't make any sense if they don't stay close to the source material. But Planet Hulk/WWH wasn't included in the phase 3 movie schedule...yet. Curious to know the details of Ruffalo's contract. Pretty sure he's contracted for way more than 3-4 films. He's fulfilled 2 films and A3 pt1 and pt2 are 3 and 4 years into the future after our more obscure less average movie goer friendly films such as antman, panther and Danvers the motion picture. Hulk has to have an arc in between phase 2 and 3. Especially with all the marketing for A2 showing the Hulkbuster/Hulk fight. Hulk's story is going to be interesting and I'm pretty sure that Tony Stark is the bad guy during this hulk/Hulkbuster fight and not banner. Maybe banner finds out about talks stark is having with the government about him and how he is a threat to the planet.....eh what do I know
Tsk tsk at Sony trolling. Their poker face with spiderman joining the MCU got carved up by N. Korea but like I said my "I told you so's" are still baking in the oven. What is being overlooked is the fact that Marvel and Sony will still work together, Sony still needs money, and Marvel still wants the web slinger. This is inevitable.
And Latino review >>>>> Comic book resources
Why won't they let me cook ksteezy
Latino review been known for their unreliability. Check up on these sites reputations. Makes no sense comparing them to cbr when cbr aint even reporting rumors. They got an actual response from a rep at SONY.
I don't even know how you can still run with this when the last hacked e-mail said the deal fell through.

SONY DENIES SPIDER-MAN/"AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR" RUMOR
The idea of Sony-controlled Spider-Man appearing in Marvel Studios' upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War" generated a lot of talk after Latino Review posted it as an unconfirmed rumor earlier today. But don't get too excited: When reached by CBR News, a Sony Pictures representative dismissed the report, calling it an "old rumor" with "no validity whatsoever."
