Captain America and Winter Soldier vs those 5 other Winter Soldiers would've been an *** whooping, plain and simple. We saw in the flashback that they were capable of taking on Bucky with little problem, so he wouldn't be much use in that fight. We saw in Winter Soldier that Bucky can go toe to toe with Steve, so Steve wasn't about to to take on 5 guys tougher than Bucky and walk away. Would've painted the walls of that compound with his blood.
Though it still could have been a very entertaining fight to watch. Like Oliver Queen vs Ra's Al Ghul on Arrow, but a bigger, more drawn out *** whooping.

Tony admitted he wants to keep putting on the suit. That's at the core of Pepper's problem with him now.
I don't think there's been any reported problems with that IM cast since the first one with Howard getting the boot. Keep in mind the main cast is like 4 ppl.
Never really put thought in to that scenario but....

Like Fury, she just wasn't written in to this. I think since these movies are ongoing they had to eventually dismantle the happy ending of IM3. So AoU Tony ***** up with Banner. Now relationship troubles.

Pepper's contract is up.
Paltrow basically said she not doing these movies unless Robert really wants her to and it doesn't require alot of days of shooting. Shes really enjoying just being a Mom.
