Imo it hasn't been cold at all, aside from New Year's. I mean, it was raining outside earlier and it was 68 degrees.

18 in the DC area, dunno what the windchill is, but it sucks. I HATE the cold, used to live in Michigan and Upstate NY as a kid, dunno how/why y'all choose to live in climates like that as adults

Add humidity and 80 becomes uncomfortable very quick. I can deal with dry heat. Unfortunately, NYC gets a boatload of humidity during the Summer.
