Waterproofing Clear Soles (Foams...)

i honestly just clean mines with the sneaker cleaner foam spray and my royals barely show any signs of yellowing. had them since they released and have worn them over 30 times. just dont ever walk in the rain on step in water and you shold be good. but i def only clean them with that cleaner.

Wondering this too. Or would oxidized copper make value go up, you know....vintage copper foams.

That doesn't slow or stop yellowing, it helps remove it (and works quite well too...I own some myself!).  I'm talking about a product you would put on your icy soles as soon as you buy them that would prevent yellowing from happening in the first place.
there's no way to do that without isolating the entire sole from coming in contact with air. Nike would have to develop some sort of clear rubber that's air tight......if that's even possible. i'm too tired to be thinking about this complex issue tho

Like everyone has already said. cleaning after each wear is essential + proper storage. Just be thankful the foams don't yellow as fast as Jordans. (At least mine never have)
