I cant wait for this movie. The Muse song in the trailer got me even more hyped for some reason.

This should have the same kind of reaction that The Dark Knight had, just wont make as much money. I see people dressing up and %+!! on opening night tho.

how many of you guys have read the book/"graphic novel"?
i still havent and im wondering if would effect the way i see the movie
time will tell though

I think Snyder would make this movie understandable to those who are not familiar with with the graphic novel.
However, I believe you will have a better appreciation of the movie if you read the book first.
See first hand how great it is in it's original format.

I just handed my cousin my copy for that very reason. I told him it'll ruin the movie for him, story wise, but he'll most likely get much more out ofit if he had seen the movie

you can read it in a day. it's like a damn picture book for adults.

for those who haven't read it and will read it, pay attention to the artwork and the cinematic-like style that it uses. pretty sick.
