I finally got around to watching some of the reviews for the new Galaxy series. They're some nice looking devices, the flip is especially nice to me.

It's still a good $600 bucks more than an s21 ultra and double a s21

Maybe I just didn't pay attention last time around, but they've been REALLY aggressive with the "discounts" for these new foldables, so I wouldn't be surprised if the price wasn't much of an issue.
Z Fold 3s could be had for something like $400 out of pocket with a trade-in (I want to say AT&T was giving $1000 value for phones as old as the S9) and just-because discounts (Best Buy was doing $400 off, stackable with that AT&T promo if I'm remembering correctly.) A similar combo of discounts made the Z Flip "free" I believe.

As much as I am greatly intrigued by both the Z Flip and the Z Fold 3, I cannot give up on my Note 9 yet. It is still working like a champ and I feel it is the last of a dying breed of smartphones (I love my headphone jack and expandable storage LOL). I am trying to hold out until next year since I read that a new Note is possibly dropping. I am so used to the convenience of the Note pen.

I felt like that about my note 8 until I copped the note 20 ultra. Improved on things that I didn't even know needed improvements. I don't miss the headphone jack and the hole punch isn't a big deal.

Got my z fold 3 and galaxy watch 4 today 
... fedex been holding onto it since last Thursday 
was supposed to receive it on Friday and play around with it over the weekend. Of course they would deliver it on a Monday instead...

Did the Note 20 exclude expandable memory storage? I think there was a reason why I did not look into buying that one. I just want whatever phone I get next to function like a Note with a pen attached to the phone itself. I know there is a pen for the Fold 3, but you have to get either a separate case for the pen or a case for the phone with a slot for the pen. Notes have spoiled me in that I want the slot for the pen to be integrated into the phone. That may be wishful thinking at this point though.

I'm still keeping my S10 for now... I woulda been upgraded but I don't like how they took out features in the s series.. it's only worth it if you get the + or ultra but I don't want a bigger screen like that

The regular Note 20 excluded it, the Ultra had a micro SD slot.
HMMMM.....maybe I should see how much the Note 20 Ultra is going for right now (since I read that the One UI 3.1.1 update will include the Note 20 series). Though my Note 9 is still doing good by me and I have no problems with it, I am not ready to upgrade to a phone without the integrated pen yet, so the Note 20 Ultra is probably my best bet right now.

That marketing team needs to stop with the childish petty shots. Comes off like a jealous ex. Apple never talks about them and that's how it should be. It comes off as if Apple isn't thinking about Samsung but Samsung is always watching apple.
