I had that problem a long time ago when my note 3 updated. I ended up using a 3rd party editor for a while. Pixlr

Yep, Exynos people getting theirs already. Shouldn't be long for T-mobile & Spring folks. Verizon & AT&T probably gonna take another 6 months.
