But I live right on the border. Im actually in West Hartford too but my phone reads me as Hartford cuz of how close I am. What school you go to? Im out of High School but if you from this side of town im sure youve seen my car it kinda sticks out. I live right near Park Rd (to give you an idea of where, I dont live on the boushy side of town)

It's been about two weeks since unrevoked 3.2, the permanent one-click root solution for HTC EVOs running the OTA Froyo update (and earlier versions of Android), was put up and then pulled down for bug fixes. Anyone who wanted to reap the rewards of rooting during the wait could download test builds by visiting the dev team's IRC channel, which is what I did, and now the official unrevoked 3.21 is available for those with more patience than me.
Son I'm in the same boat as you, kinda scared

i got the 2.2 update this morning.  i noticed the volume on my X works better and see the change with the lockscreen.
i've had a few weeks using launcherpro and i like it now.  i'll probably buy launcherpro plus and try out beautiful widgets.

what music apps/widgets do you guys recommend?  i don't really like the stock player or double-twist.

I wasnt sure if there were really benefits either, but the FPS unlock with the Kernels makes it completely worth it. Phone is perfect for me after that. Screen swipes stick right to your finger just like the Iphone, and everything is just so much smoother.
