exactly what he said blacks can only vote for another 23 years. The Voters Rights Act signed in 1965 by Lyndon B. Johnson was just an ACT. It was not made alaw. Our rights ended and they signed it again so we have 25 years from the time they signed it which means we have 23 remaining...which they can sign it againmeaning 38 states have to approve of extension or president can pass it as a law and it can go to congress and they can decide on it

How could someone answer that sort of question without getting political. Its a REAL ACT that has been signed 2 yrs ago by Mr bush. Its something thathasnt been fully ratified. Maybe if you got off niketal and looked up a few things you might've known what he was speaking about

WOW, Thank you for the NT user who posted this information. I did not know this so therefore i am going to look up more information on it tonight when i gethome from work! If anyone else can put some more light on this information as well pls do so as this is important for alot of us to know.
