Verizon: Waiving the Early Termination Fee?

If you're having problems with your phone... complain about it..

I had a samsung glyde
and the touch was horrible, it wouldn't respond correctly, the phone was just horrible all around.
I got a couple refurbs and kept saying it had the same issue.

The last one stopped vibrating, but everything worked fine,
I talked to a tech support and a cust. service rep, and they didn't believe me
I demanded to talk to someone above them, and they got me into an LG Dare
at the new every 2 price, which is so much better then that damn samsung.

keep bugging them about the same issue..

oh yeah, they tried offering me an EnV 2 as a replacement and I laughed and refused it, they finally just gave in to my requests.

I also have the Glyde and was complaining like crazy about it.
Even got the 3 software updates that is suppose to fix everything but did nothing.
So now I just asked for a replacement (of the same phone) and if it doesn't work, I'll complain again and hopefully get the same result as you V1n.
They did tell me if the phone is replaced 3 times in a 90 day period I could get a different phone.
I wouldn't mind an LG Dare.

RFX, do it man,
don't go into the store.
call 611 or whatever it is and complain, and tell them you aren't happy with the service and having the same issue with every phone you get.
Threaten to leave their service if you have to.
The Dare is a much better phone all around.

Got this from an e-mail a while back:

For current Verizon Wireless customers...here's a way to do it:

For current Sprint customers...here's a way to do it:

1. Keep calling Sprint and complain that their service sucks. Each call that is made to Sprint'scustomer service costs them a lot of money, so they view you complaining as wasting Sprint's money and after calling quite afew number of times they'll eventually let you out of contract.

I'm currently using a used phone I bought off criagslist, since Verizon wouldn't send me a replacement phone.
