When using retrobrite does the shoes have to be in sun light or can it be under a few lamps?
Using retrobrite help ??

Just has to be under a UV lighting.

the best would be to use simulated sunlight bulbs (full spectrum), these are the ones i will be using http://www.lightenergycompany.com/lightenergy/bulbs.cfm

I recommend putting them in direct sunlight. You cannot compare lamps to the sun. Here are some of my results on some old shoes using a retrobrite mixture i heard of.... This was the first pass. I didn't reall bother cleaning before applying but I'm still satisfied with the results.
