ordered one at the mall the other day....(actually ordered the double cheeseburger and mcchicken separately and put it together)....and the freakin mcdonaldsdidnt have a dollar menu!! cost me about $4!! was pretty heated but the sandwich was crazy good......i ordered the mcchicken with no mayo.....and put sweet andsour sauce on the chicken patty......will definitely have again!

When you put the McChicken between the 2 Burger patties... Do you remove the Mayo and Lettuce and stuff or do you keep that on there for bonus flavor

There's no way I'm ordering it as a "McGangbang".

I just ordered a McChicken with just lettuce and a double-cheeseburger with just ketchup.

So delicious.

It was a protected McGangbang, but only on one side.

swear to god, me nd my roommates went to a mcdonalds around 1 am...asked for the mcgangbang and this smart %*! drive thru guy goes "the %$%% mcdonalds isdown the block if you want a gangbang"
and i responded with "nahh they told me come see you brah" and i drove off cuz i wasnt tryin to have a sloppy mcgangbang
