Cali is an amazing all in one state fun wise

cali has every store and form of entertainment but they def half *** alotta stuff and ride off the Cali tourist hype I've noticed

trust me, you gotta go to the Orlando one

I remember you from the watch threads and other threads so im just offering you the higher end experience

I'll probably try and go when I do the Disney half marathon weekends but might actually take a week because i'll be exhausted as hell to hit up Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disneys Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure all in one weekend.

Wife just set the date w/ her mom for a family trip back to Orlando in August. Going to do Disney for a day, Universal for a day (including a night at CityWalk), beach, and something else. Looking forward to it, only thing I'm not looking forward to is the drive from PA to FL :x

Idc, I was in Florida for 8 years and never experienced Harry Potter world, the waits will be worth it. Plus the season pass gives access to the park so I'm good.

If Mario Land opens in Japan in 2020 then it likely won't make it to the US til 2025-2030

$350 million Nintendo land coming to Universal Japan's park

The new attraction is set to open by 2020 and will focus on Mario.

When Nintendo announced it was granting Universal Studios the rights to some of its properties for theme park rides, it was anyone's guess where they'd show up first. Now we know that they'll debut in the gaming juggernaut's back yard: Japan. Regional news outlet Sankei (Japanese) reports that the attraction is scheduled for completion by 2020, the year Tokyo is slated to host the Olympics.

And lest you think this will be a simple statue of Princess Peach and a Mario Kart-themed go-kart track, the publication says this should be on par with the likes of Universal's Harry Potter-themed zone but focused entirely on everyone's favorite Italian plumber. Hell, it could even be called "Super Mario World." Crazier things have happened!

Need more evidence for how serious of a deal this is? Universal is putting up ¥40 billion ($351,509,200) -- given Nintendo's current financial woes, the company is probably happy someone else is footing the bill. For that amount, maybe we'll see a full scale version of the entire Mushroom Kingdom in a few years.

I vaguely remember hearing some time ago about a Harry Potter ride being worked on & opening up at some theme park but I did not know of this!

I am too down for a NT summit. I read all the books as a kid. Hell, I even remember checking out Deathly Hallows from my HS library when it came out & I was a street cat at that point in my life

Would it be weird as a 23-year-old male to go to the grand opening of HP world in a robe... Asking for a friend

Definitely saw plenty of old/older age dressed up.

The one in Orlando is much bigger, pretty much two places to visit, Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley and about 5 rides.

lots of people dress up, even adults.

Universal Osaka people dress up in full cosplay, unrelated to any of the attractions. And they'll just stand around all day like people came to see them.
