The 'knit' or 'weave' of the 9 is killing the rest of the shoe for me.

Nope. I made one a few weeks ago when we thought it had leaked but it was some other UA shoe. Shoe still hasn't been officially revealed so you can make the Curry 9 thread or wait til then
