The toe is a bit more yellow than the gold in the midsole and UA. That combined with the white balance and exposure of the camera being a little off is what you're noticing.

I think so since its Davidson's color. I'm actually in Charlotte right now for a wedding. I'm 3 miles away from the Davidson exit. Planning on visiting before heading back to Florida.

Doesn't look green at all, it's because it's a "fade" paint. Fades from gold to black, so it's like a gold/black mixture. Put it in the right lighting, and it looks gold.
