Tracy Morgan- Do people laugh with him or at him??????

first of I think tracy is FUNNY

but he plays that "idiotic" role when het gets laughs, wether he as acting or in interviews(thats what confuses me the most)
so do people laugh at his actual jokes or at him?

OR can tracy be outsmarting everyone and just putting on that act 24-7

Tracy Morgan is a genius.
He puts on a character for the media and they eat it up.
I have actually seen and heard a few rare interviews with the guy actaully showing
his feelings and he really is a nice person.

But I want to thank you for this thread because it just reminded me of something....
