They're one game over .500 in a horrible conference, and their starting PG is probably out for the season - quite possibly his career.
They have one of the worst in-game coaches in the NBA and no bench players worth a damn. Other than Bosh their entire team is awful. Making the playoffs forthis team is a stretch at this point.
