Last week, the BBC released a statement about the current series of Top Gear, confirming that last night’s show (15th March) was to be postponed following an incident during production.
The incident in question is currently being investigated and Ken MacQuarrie, the director of BBC Scotland, has been appointed to lead this process.
We can now confirm that Top Gear will not be back in the studio this week and, as such, the episode due for broadcast this Sunday night (22nd March) will also be postponed pending the outcome of the investigation.
We will bring you more news as soon as we have it.
Honestly I think the 918 is the fastest as well. Ferrari and McClaren should be embarrassed. That car is a cool $500K less
we all saw the episode where all three of them where in american muscle and were beat by 17 year olds in modded civics. 4WD makes that much of a difference.

links to that episode?
Apparently Hammond and James dont want to shoot the final episodes of the series without him.

Not surprising, American Muscle is slow for the most part.we all saw the episode where all three of them where in american muscle and were beat by 17 year olds in modded civics. 4WD makes that much of a difference.
are you talking about the one where they road tripped inside the USA and got burned at the drag strip? one of the cars they raced was an Evo i think^I cant remember what exactly they were then but the trio were in the most recent Corvette ZR1, The recently brought back Challenger, and the recently brought back Charger and those kids were destroying them

Edit: Nevermind this is the one i was thinking of
They had a corvette, chally, and cts
My Evo would hang right with an LFA on the 1/4 mile. LFA's are supposed to run an 11.6 and my car ran 11.9 (with a weak launch trying not to destroy my transfer case), and there are a lot faster Evo's out there than mine, so it's really not that far fetched or surprising. But the fact that an Aston and and LFA were losing to those cars makes it even worse

And the Aston James was driving runs a 12.5

Yeah, but they'll own you past that...
yup, you're right. That's kinda my point tho. That the P1 and the LaFerrari shouldve had 4WD
very true. that's why they do these type of drag racing events:tbh i think 1/4 drag strips are way to short for cars with like 500+ HP
absolutely. But i find myself driving in the 0 to 140 mph range a lot more often than the 140+ range. Even on most race tracks thats gonna be the caseYeah, but they'll own you past that...
