Thunder 4s LC - please help!

Hi there, need a fast LC on these Thunder 4s, please check pics below. Are they legit? They seem pretty legit to me, only doubts I have:

- box label numbers and text : they tend to be red colored in 2012 4s releases

- the tongue looks a bit "crooked"

Legit. My Thunder box label is black and they came straight from Foot Locker.

Do they have twentytwelve written inside? If you remove the shoe lace u will see it...
