Al should have fired Art Shell instantly. When he hired Tom Walsh from a bed and breakfast.

You guys called it.

It's pretty much been called by everyone who isn't biased either to the Raiders.

Reggie McKenzie's job seems to be under review too.

As much as I want it to happen, I'm still skeptical.

JDR will really have to **** up these next two games to get fired I think. Not just lose the games, but get blown out.

And even then idk if MD will do it. Dude don't got the juice. Only way he makes the move is if he knows he's getting Gruden or another big name coach that will restore credibility.

And I know most of you don't want Gruden, I'm on the fence too, but he would be the best coach Carr has had in his tenure here. Not say much, but it's saying enough...

I can't believe ppl think John Gruden is gunna be a savior. Did y'all not notice how is tenure in TB ended? He won with Tony Dungy's squad and then proceeded to **** the franchise up. I'm all the way good on Gruden, but it does bring up a good point...

Can't fire JDR if you don't already have a replacement in mind. Is Flip ready for a head coaching gig? Prolly not. Are there any more McVay's out there? Idk prolly not.

I'd go after Johnny Morton from the Jets.

Gotta buyout from ESPN? Don't trip fellas. Hell nah MD ain't doing that :lol

As far as other candidates go, we'll see how the playoffs go. Usually the "hot candidates" are the coordinators of teams that run deep in the playoffs.

Just read the following defensive coordinators are expected to be available:

Gus Bradley (Chargers)
George Edwards (Vikings)
Vic Fangio (Bears)

The transition from Oakland to Las Vegas is going to happen very quickly folks. This season feels like such a blur.
Hard to say who's going to be here in three years on offense and defense.
Aldon Smith may come back in a year. Who knows where everyone's head is at in 2019.

I think if JDR stays, so does Pagano

We've got the same amount of sacks in 4 games with him as DC as we did in the first 10 games with KNJ.

I'd rather have Jay Gruden than John Gruden.

Aldon Smith? lol

only way it can work with him back is if he can hire a home run OC
