Man's hasn't coached in a decade. Hasn't had real success with it in far longer.

That stuff he does down in Florida isn't HC at the NFL organizational level.

Whole industry has changed since he was last directly involved. I'd imagine dude wouldn't just hop out the booth with the requisite skill to be successful immediately.
