The one change lit a fire under this team on one side of the ball the other needs the same. Offense has been trash all uear even against trash teams.

Who’s out there placing value on completion percentage? Carr doesn’t even put up yards like that, not his game.
I’ve never even seen Raider fans actually say he’s great, even in the midst of a near MVP caliber season last year. Potential to be great? Sure.
I don’t really care if he’s not having a top 15 season this year. That’s a metric almost exclusively based on team success.
There damn sure aren’t 15 QB’s I’d trade Carr for looking at any kind of short to long term future... starting next Sunday.
Bring in Kirk Cousins or Mariota, and see what they do with Downing the wizard.

Having his hand tied behind his back or the bad play calling doesn’t have anything to do with overthrown balls, lack of movement in/around the pocket, or throwing that horrible pick.

Random thought but one thing I've grown critical of Carr that's 100% based on individual ability is his arm strength on deep balls. He's gotta be bottom tier in the league when it comes to that skill set.
Had me fooled because his velocity on middle to mid-long range is outstanding, but greater distances 40+ where he has to actually change his trajectory, he struggles hitting guys in-stride, mostly because they out run him.
He's got great touch and it shows on fades but a deep go route to a top speed receiver? His deep balls tend to die mid flight.

Swear we never set up anything intermediate range, middle third, underneath deep safeties, actually playing to Carr's strengths.
