The talent is on the team. I have no problems with the players that he was able to gather. This team is the most talented team we've had in 18 years.

I know that ain't saying much, but it's gotta be put into consideration

For the record, I think Reggie needs a home run whenever that next coaching hire comes because Dennis Allen & JDR are 2 huge whiffs

well last year must have been a fluke cause we suck this year. Who has he drafted aside from Mack, Carr and Gabe? His free agent signings have been a diss appointment aside from Ko , Hudson and Crab.

Biggest knock on Reggie is he sucks at getting DBs.
Amerson was good for 2 years but everyone else is meh or bad.
