Nah son. That city is crazy. I saw my uncle running down the street with two speakers, some church socks, church shoes and hotpants over on Pacer street... That image has been in my head for atleast a decade. I got robbed when I was about 11 by these other kids who had BB guns, couldn't have been a block from my Aunts house and they got me for my chips and candy. I'm from Moco, I'm a grown man at this point and I'm still not walking round any place in Bmore without my cousins from there. I guess that city is "real" and I'm not real enough for them. Like off the no bull, I felt safer walking round Brooklyn dolo than I did walking round Bmore with my cousin.

Pacer st?

maybe those kids smell coochie on you iono.

But yea, bruh you don't know ****.

I am Bmore .. I live here , was raised here.

you talking about **** from a decade ago..

the violence has spiked this summer but has been in the decline since the mid 90's.

Baltimore is like every hood.

yes you gonna have your fiends

yes, you gonna have bad *** kids being bad *** kids and ****.

Mad this movie got pushed back to 2014 I remember the original thread a couple months ago and been waiting to see it ever since.

Easy to say ..

But with that no child left behind BD an a corrupt *** city that lost 55 million in education funds ..

Like dead *** disappeared.

And they shut half the schools in the city down , yet they spending andother 100 million to build another juvie jail.

kids dont really have a chance.

:\ what can i say bruh. these kids have no chance at all to succeed in life and take care of their own without risking injury, death or serious jailtime.

Why own a dirtbike/4wheeler if you're never going to take it off road? These guys would have a lot more fun and stay out of trouble more if they took their toys to an actual trail.

The city not crazy , It's just REAL as hell ..

**** just not sugar coated and gentrification hasn't happened here yet .. unlike other major cities

Dirt bikes and 4 Wheelers are past time here.

Alot people take what they seen from the wire and imagines every part of Bmore is like that and It's not.
I went to school in b-more for four years and lived there for five ... I've definitely seen gentrification in some parts of the city. It's sad, the biggest thing that's driving the city's economy is also driving out the people who've lived there their whole lives.

Gotta be either round Downtown or Hopkins...gentrification aint touching nowhere else in the city

My girl used to work at Johns Hopkins. That area was horrible. It needed to be cleaned up. Not through gentrification but somehow.
Now they need to do something about the TERRIBLE streets there. Patch the gawd damb potholes and get rid of the cobblestone.

Love when I come in a Baltimore thread and see my dudes holding it down for our city. Waddup Harm.

Baltimore>
ps. Westside is the best side :smokin

All those house John hopkins bought are gone , they just expanding the hospital and reserving space for employee housing.

**** them on that note , but John Hopkins is a Good Hospital.

Our Mayor wants to get rid of Public Works and Privatize everything , But companies don't wanna work there cuz the city doesn't pay on time.

Matter of fact she already has..

She downsized the Sanitation Dept. , Got rid of Landscaping Dept and Privatized that out ..

A lot of Streets gonna be ****** for awhile.

Hell , she closed down numerous public pools this summer , We have no rec centers for kids and people are wondering kids are out gin crazy in the streets.
