my friend's mom got a boob job and can breast feed.

i'm pretty sure that back in the day the procedure wouldn't allow it, but now they have newer techniques like someone else was saying.

depends on if there is damage to the 'milk ducts' where the milk is produced...but my cousin had a reduction about 10 years ago, and she had both her 2children in the last 4 years and breast fed both no problems.

and of course this all depends on the woman, some are able to just naturally produce more milk than others...
