I'm no expert on these things, but when you learn of the decisions that are made behind the scenes by the movers and shakers, not on some illuminati type stuff, you'll understand the changes that have taken place in our society haven't just happened with time. If one could make the argument that other forms of sexual deviation (deviation from the NORM) are traits that we are BORN with, I could see the same argument to be made with "Philia."
