This was a sad moment. Made my sister cry. For me it was when Bodie got shot that got me. Quite shocking to see Omar go out like that as well.

Never said he wasn't a great character; he was a great bad character IMO. Even when he appeared to be playing for the "protagonists" I never liked him. I wanted him to die, not because I didnt want his character in the show; but because I felt it was what he deserved no matter what. But a punk #+# *+!!@ like Kenard? Fair enough. I loved Omar's character though and never wanted him to die, although he lived and died by the streets so it was what it was. I wanted a few characters to be killed over the course of the show... Clay Davis, Fruit, Cheese, etc. but never Omar...

I didn't hate that he didn't die but I did want to see him go. I didn't think he was despicable like the other characters I mentioned but he had absolutely NO likable qualities. He was obviously a beast in the street but he just came off as being so soulless (which his character was supposed to be so he played it very well). I was definitely rooting for Avon when they were warring and wanted him to murk Marlo...
