I'm not label industry insider. But I remember reading about it a few years ago. I think Midway waited until the song dropped, the remix dropped with Buck and had heavy rotation, that's when they slapped the lawsuit. So I can only imagine those lawsuit figures....

Maybe they did him like 50 did Yayo, and prevented him from releasing commercially again...
