Player/Coach role, eh?

That's how I understood it,kind of like Giggs during the title defense from hell.

Part of the backroom staff while also being available on the bench if the need ever arose.

Just having him back in the locker room would be a big plus imo, he's a great locker room prescence.

Doubt he'd suit up though since Mou's time in charge has been almost remarkably injury free *knocks on wood" :lol

Felt like dude's were getting injured every other week under LVG

It was only a matter of time :lol

@businessinsider:
Chinese soccer league is installing a cap on spending because teams are 'burning money' http://read.bi/2ik0WNG
After news of Oscar's deal sent shockwaves through international soccer, China's ruling party warned in an editorial against the excessive spending.

From Bloomberg:

"Even though the spending was sparked by President Xi Jinping’s request to create a sports economy built around a successful soccer program, the ruling Communist Party’s official newspaper, the People’s Daily, published an editorial Friday cautioning against some of the excess. It said 80 percent of the 4.1 billion yuan ($590 million) spent by the 16 clubs in the country’s top division this year was on foreign coaches and players."

With the new cap in place, China's sports governing body will also "strengthen examination and supervision of clubs' financial affairs, progressively control clubs' expenditures on first-team players and ensure favorable financial conditions," a spokesperson told the BBC.

I don't want to see him on the pitch at all.

He's 35, he's not Zlatan.

I'd rather hes remembered as a hero, and not as a washed up player.

Evra washed up???? Have you even seen him play at Juve. He's playing better than any LB united has. Just having him train with your young defenders will help. Who else on the current team has the experience that he has???

This...

Evra can still ball.  It would help to have depth there as we are still in a lot of competitions outside of the EPL.

Mikel frustrated a lot of people but he played hard and was big in helping the team advance to the CL Final.

In honor of the man himself, someone has put together a highlight of all the goals he's scored while playing for Chelsea

However, the Arsenal manager also says there is a limit to how much money the club can offer Sanchez and Mesut Ozil, and cautioned that "you cannot put the club in jeopardy" for the sake of the players.

Wenger like my cousin who had no idea his parents were rich

Keep digging that hole, Wenger..

Just keep on digging.

Fingers are staying crossed. Might actually see Alexis rocking a PSG kit next

Seriously though never realized how good of a fit Sanchez to PSG could be. Arsenal better pay up, it'll be a bad look if he leaves.

Goat AFTV if that happens though :smokin

He can take all the free kicks, he can dribble all he wants, and he can play whatever forward position he wants. Winger, Striker, wherever.

Jese looks like he's out the door, Draxler / Di Maria / Lucas are all versatile, and Cavani x Alexis up front would destroy Ligue 1.

This is the next best thing to actually signing Neymar.. About the closest thing we can get at least.

Di Maria, Draxler, Cavani, Alexis :x

Curious if this seasons statistics can back your statement

edit

Cavani 18G
ADM 1G 5A
Draxler 2A

Total 19G 7A

Ozil 5G 3A
Walcott 8G 2A
Giroud 6G 3A

Total 19G 8A

Looks about the same, but didn't someone say Ligue 1 is the 3rd worst League in Europe? So take it with a grain of salt.

FA Cup starting line up pretty strong. Willy starting since he gets to start the cup games. And FABIAN DELPH on the bench he's alive

would have rather seen Garcia start
