If you look at Real's history of transfers since getting Kaka, they don't really spend big money on players over the age of 25. Which is why I never thought the move for Auba fit in the first place. As much as Real spends, they're usually pretty smart with finances.

Supposedly a world record bid has come in from China for Auba tho. Feel bad because dude always swore and told his now deceased grandfather he'd play for RM. And also showed out at the Bernabeu.

Whatever they spent on James, he had great marketability at least and will net a good fee back.

I'm not gunna write Danilo off as a serviceable back up for Carvajal just yet.

Sidenote-- Anyone play Togga? Pretty dope, it's just like Fantasy NFL with the draft and waiver wire and whatnot. I think the only league they do it for is the Prem though
