Bad habits, you don't even know you just said it, and you want to smack yourself in the mouth afterwards
For instance,
When you're having a plain conversation, then out of nowhere you toss in a question or remark that just makes you look either stupid or weird.
Kills the mood of the conversation and make the other person want to distance themselves from you.
Anybody else, habitually like to get on their high horse and lecture someone about the right and wrongs... trying to lay the hammer down that your opinion is the one and only truth.
Then afterwards, you recognize what you just did, and feel bad about it because ain't nobody want to get lectured
