I know it's only the first week of the season but I can't tell you guys enough about how impressed I've been with Dwight Howard. He's doing all the little things, bringing good energy and not complaining about touches.
16 pts on 8 for 8 shooting without us finding a single play for him. Just put-backs, alley oops and rolling toward the basket. Also he's playing good interior defense.
The frustrating part about Dwight Howard's career is that he could have been doing this for the last 3 or 4 years but he still thought he was a star and kept complaining about post touches. He's always had the ability to be an elite rim runner and to guy. It's unfortunate that it took his career almost ending for him to finally accept his position as a role player.
He probably can't hold up physically doing that.If Curry isn't getting a 06 Kobe or 19 Harden usage rate, they shouldn't even bother playing.
Actually, it probably wouldn't even matter with the remaining roster.
You know your NBA team is god awful if the ****ing martin twins are on the roster and are getting PT. youngthundercat

Thoughts for the morning. Y'all have a good one.
To Ingram’s relief, he did not receive a life-threatening diagnosis. Nor did doctors believe it could end his NBA career as is it did to former forward Chris Bosh following his 13th season. Still, Ingram needed to have surgery to remove a rib, strengthen his back muscles and improve his posture to ensure the passage of his veins opened up. Following surgery, Ingram reported that both arms felt "super weak" and he remained immobile for almost a month. He waited another four months before beginning physical therapy. Ingram only began working out about a month before training camp started.
