It would just take a player in the Bubble getting infected. That would probably lead to a couple teamates testing positive and prove that the bubble isnt a good solution. A whole team woild have to pull out if a player spreads itI’m not betting because I think it’s 50/50 if they even make it to the end.

Food prep/service is just different when everything needs to be in separate containers/served to go/etc as opposed to traditional table service where you can actually put out normal, cohesive dishes.
Could those quarantine dishes have been better, certainly. Should it be surprising that there's a significant difference in the post-quarantine dishes, not at all.
