I thought the Dubs were going to take Donte Divenchenzo 2 drafts ago. That’s who I had them targeting. He’d work pretty much anywhere. Having a good year so far on the humble. Nova players just be ready for real. Hart, Brunson, Paschal, Dante etc. Omari Spellman been disappointing. But I think that’s more to do with conditioning than ability/knowing how to play.

Nick Nurse loves doing this but man I think we have the defensive personnel to gaurd em straight up. like Kawhi and PG making shots over OG, Pascal, Kyle seems like better option than wide open corner 3's,

You are 100% right. They did it in LA when it was just Kawhi, but you're asking a lot to double Kawhi AND PG, when they're being surrounded by Beverley, Harkless, Williams, Montrezl, those are highly capable offensive players.

Not to mention, as you alluded to, the raptors have the wings and the length to play those guys straight up.

I liked Holmes every time I saw him play for PHX last season. One of those guys who isn’t necessarily great at anything - except energy - but makes plays. Was a good pick up by the Kangz.

Right. I remember hearing that the issue was his defense, but it didn’t seem worse to me than any other Suns player last season. Certainly not to the point of outweighing the good things he did. But what do I know?
