The Walking Dead - Official Thread

Damn good episode!! About time Rick grew a sack! Straight RUTHLESS!! Next weeks episode looks crazy :smokin

I'm thinking T-Dawg might be the next one of the group to die. Maybe that's why they've given him more lines and stuff to do this early in the season :lol. I wonder who was the one watching Carol? Merrill maybe.

I think I would rather take my chances outside of the prison than rot in that cell block with only one other dude to talk to.

im pretty sure it was merle

i randomly googled merle before the episode to see if he comes back and i found this site

http://walkingdead.wikia.com/wiki/Merle_Dixon

says hes in season 3 ep 3.

and at the end of next weeks episode preview idk if you saw but they showed merle like smiling for literally less than a second and that was the last thing they showed.

daryl is gonna be so pumped

major beef though with t dog and rick

on a side note though, man i felt some serious feels for those two prisoners that they decided to keep alive when they almost killed them and when they left them alone in their cellblock.

EDIT: wow i just looked back at the site and they took it off where it says he reappears. yall gonna have to take my word on this one

They're really trying to make up for that boring as S2. They going wild, especially in this ep.

The things Rick has done and are willing to do are really making what happened in the winter important. I was willing to gloss over it but son has changed (for the better). He's not giving anybody any chances, no slack for strangers :lol Left dude to die and straight up split that guy's wig.

30 min in I was like okay I hope they do something different with the prisoners than in the comics cuz from what I remember it wasn't all that memorable and looking back a bit predictable given they're prisoners but by the end they straight up said **** that plot line and killed all but 2 (they still might follow one of the plots with that one prisoner but I doubt it after everything they've just seen Rick do to their ppl). I got hope for the black prisoner left, thought they might switch it and make him Tyrese but I kinda doubt it, he can be developed and last past this season hopefully. :lol @ that Mark Henry looking prisoner with the hammer (easter egg :{ ) being shook and then getting it.

:rollin @ the prison gang up after being told how to kill walkers. Shanking walkers, kicking them in the leg :lol

That's probably Daryl's brother or another of the Governor's men watching the prison.

Really entertaining ep.

Rick ain't ******g around no more.

Slightly off topic, the disc version of the The Walking Dead game drops December 4th. There will also be a Gamestop exclusive Collector's Edition that includes The Walking Dead Compendium One.

Here are the details:
Update: Telltale has now confirmed to IGN that the Collector’s Edition of The Walking Dead: The Game will be a GameStop exclusive and is available only to customers who pre-order. As seen below, the set will be available for $69.99 on December 4th and includes:
  • A disc containing all five episodes of the game
  • The Walking Dead Compendium One (which normally retails for $59.99 and includes the first 48 issues) with exclusive Charlie Adlard cover art
  • A Collector’s Edition box featuring Charlie Adlard artwork

Telltale notes that the Collector’s Edition will be “extremely limited” and is for pre-orders only, and that the version of the Compendium included in the box will not be sold outside of this set. Separately, a standard edition of The Walking Dead: The Game will hit stores on December 4th for $29.99. Both editions will be available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Telltale also confirmed that the digital release of episode 5, No Time Left, is expected in November and more details will be coming “very soon.”

Finding out that the walker that was supposed to be Daryl wasn't him after all :smokin:smokin

Some of my favorites.

Great episode, again. Glad they having Rick boss up and doing what needs to be done. Splitting one dudes head quick was brutal, but needed. Prison-jumping the zombies :rollin

They're flying through **** this season :lol :hat Already done more in these 2 episodes than the entirety of last season.

honeslty i think AMC knows whats good, with people so pissed about last season and Breaking Bad on its last season this is going to be AMCs cash cow and they cant afford to let it take a dip.

This is going to get BB / MM money :hat :hat

they are introducing the governor, Michone, and still have to clear the prison :hat
