I just can't do reptile skin. Always looks tacky to me. Same with patent leather.

my folks raised me on classic rock like Bowie so I love these but I don't think it would be weird to rock some Bowie Vans if you don't know much about the artist. I mean, how many kids these days are rocking concords and cement 3's without knowing anything about Jordan?

I've only wore them once around my apartment and the leather was pretty stiff, but I'm sure they'd break in over time. It's like a pearlescent type of upper, very shiny.
