For years I've wanted to open up a Nando's Portuguese style chicken place here in the states. It's not popular here like in England or SA. I've always had doubts tho, Americans love fried chicken too much - but hey, Boston Market seems to be doing fine and that place is :x

Shameful papers airing out his business, dude is a kid. Knew Mata wouldn't take 7.

There's a few Nando's around DC. Now I badly want some...

There's another small chain in the SE called Boneheads around that does the same style. But not nearly as well...

You know what I heard that they had a couple Nandos chickens in DC, but that's it. No where else How's it doing there? Is it popular amongst the folks. I feel like it's a trial restaurant to see if it can work in the states.

Man Nando's my favourite 'chain' restaurant here, Especially helps if you on a high protein diet :lol

It's huge in Europe now and places like South Africa, so im expecting it to be big out in the States \ Canada pretty soon
 
I live in the DC area and Nando's is decent, can't complain. Def like the variety of foods/flavored they offer.

Arsenal puma kit deal is officially announced this morning, as well as Gazidis implying Wenger will be signing an extension imminently.

I know how big it is there, it's huge. That's why I've been trying to convince my pops to open one up. We've looked into it and Nando's does not franchise. So it'd have to be a start up from scratch. But it's still risky, thats why I want to know how the DMV people have responded to it. How popular it is.

A fellow Barca stan sent me this vid of Alba & Alves putting in work yesterday.

It was good to see Xavi play like he did yesterday looking like his old masterful self. His understudy Sergi Roberto bounced back from a sub par performance last outing & looked great again.

I loved how Messi dropped back again & helped orchestrate things from the midfield.

Glad to see Alexis still working hard. Ditto for Tello. He didn't score yesterday but his runs on the left side were still great.

Good to see the Dutch kid Ibrahim Afellay make it back on the pitch...

Despite the score, that Malaga goal keeper Caballero was putting in work.

Are you sure about that? Cause in South Africa you can buy the franchise for approximately 500k including equipment etc.
