Definitely. I thought about tudor but I don't like the rivet bracelet. Also and I know this is kind of weird but the knowledge of it being the sister company of Rolex but more cost effective makes the brand less attractive to mecan't lie, this is very tempting

I hear that and I'm aware of their current position within the swatch group. As I was trying to say it is how the brand was conceived initially nothing to do with its position today.we just have to get past the perceived view of the brand/item
tudor has their own history and identity
omega is part of the swatch group which owns swatch, tissot, hamilton, longines, etc... and then above omega is GO, blancpain, breguet, etc... and you don't think any less of them
at the end of the day though, we just got to buy what we like and makes us happy
im one of the few here who do not mind quartz, even designer quartz watches like gucci and burberry because i do think they have a place in the watch industry
