I think she was German. She was really good, and we enjoyed the tour - but just not as good as the young guy we had taking us round the Uffizi when we went the year before - he was knowledgeable and interesting and pointed out the highlights, just not nearly as intense.

i guess it one of those hit or miss type of things with tour guides

did you visit any other museums while in Firenze?
