So a white boy named Rafael picked me up in a Lyft to take me to work. I work overnights so I had to be at work 12am Tuesday morning.
I get in the car and I see he wearing a Fedora. So I chuckle a little bit inside my head.
I thought he just your average white boy with an unusual first name. Not too many white boys with the name Rafael.
As we talking, the dude sounds like Big Krit. I ended chopping it up with this brotha who ended up being a cool brotha.
Said he was born in Romania but left when he was 8 and lived in Carbondale IL near SIU campus.
He said he was moving to Mexico so. I asked if he spoke Spanish and dude starts speaking in Spanish. Don't know what he said but it sounded good to me.
And to top it off he like big booty African women.
Who knew I would have a great convo with a white latino from Romania that lived in the hoods of Illinois to live in Phoenix in route to Mexico.
