Went to join the team sport therapy today, which was football (soccer)

Somehow managed to injure myself within 30 seconds of warming up :smh::lol:
Just a pass back to our goalie and immediately felt like the inner part of my right quad snapped. Even now 2 hours later it just refuses to stop pulsating with stabbing pain. Kneecap feels a bit weird but not painful at all down there so I guess that’s something.

Gotta go to the hospital tomorrow anyway for my neurology checkup so not much point in going to the ER at this point. The staff here thinks it’s probably a small muscle tear or something.

How do you even manage this during a simple backpass to the goalie during warmups, what a joke.
Never tore or seriously damaged anything in lord knows how many epileptic seizures but passing the ball is what does it.

Father Time is undefeated! I’ve learned a few lessons the hard way this year.
