rhetorically, one could make this argument ad infinitum when it comes to brand(ing)…but really it is just simply chipotle is fast food, quick, reliable, repeatable, standardized, folk know & understand exactly what to expect, somewhat more risky & effortful to figure which one off/unique burger joint, mexican spot, pizza place is going to be smooth
