Commercials are consistent reminders that things don't happen on YOUR time.
They have other moments to teach patience that will disappear 30 years from now, and they'll be singing a very similar tune.

Lessons don't change: just the details of how those lessons are available.

15 minutes of cardio and core exercises to end

if you’re going to be ostensibly decreasing your intake by fasting, switching up your routine to fewer days & making those days moderate intensity full body might be more of a stimulus than doing your current split, especially if your goal is more toward dropping lbs…doing more compound lifts/gross motor movements & either cutting out the cardio to end sessions or dedicating a single day to cardio if you really need/want to do cardio (or just doing more short walks daily)
