Random food story.

I gave up on cooking salmon after cooking it often for dinner for a year or so, because I often (not always) overcooked it and that thing was dry. I switched to barramundi, but that's nowhere to be found in my area nowadays. I resorted back to the Atlantic salmon at Costco. I told my friend about it in which she suggested I air-fry it, and I've never done it. I've either always baked it, or cooked it on a nonstick pan. So I tried the air-frying method last Tuesday.

I'm never going back to baking or pan-frying it anymore. Jesus Christ, what a game-changer.
