If you got a lot of retwists done there’s probably some thinning at the roots at this point. I chopped my dreads after like 3 years of growing. It took a year for my hair to get back to normal and some minor thinning at areas where the loctition would part my hair to braid my dreads. Glad I cut them when I did, I would probably have to keep a low ceasar if I waited any longer. If I ever grow them again it will be Freeform this time, but I’m cool with a curly fro for the foreseeable future.Contemplating cutting my locs of 15+ years but scared I'll end up with the Bron
